Get out of the snow and indoors for some great training.

Ray and Gord will be leading the sessions making sure that we all will be working hard with a mix of good interval workouts.

Indoor spin classes happening every Tuesday untill March 26th, at Phoenix Gymanatics 4588 Clancy Loranger Way.
Doors open at 6:00 PM, classes start at 6.30 SHARP, ending at 7:30.

 

When:  Every Tuesday until the end of March, including

  • Jan 15, 22 and 29
  • Feb 5, 12, 19 and 26
  • Mar 5, 12, 19, and 26

Time:  Doors open at 6:00 PM for warm-up, classes start at 6:30 SHARP, ending at 7:30.

 

Where:  Phoenix Gymanatics 4588 Clancy Loranger Way.

 

Parking:  lots of parking.

 

Cost:

  • Season pass: $50 for 11 sessions

Notes:

  • For January 29th and February 5, workouts will be on the mezzanine level, the remainder will be happing in the community room on the ground floor.

  • You must be able to show proof of insurance through Cycling BC. Please follow this link to purchase a license or club affiliation insurance.
  • Bring bike, trainer or rollers, and riding clothes/shoes. Also suggest towel, bottle of water or sports drink, recovery snack, and a heart rate monitor if you have one.
  • If you need a trainer we may be able to arrange one.
